Jenna Dee used to design and build each website project solo. She found that instead of solving every project need alone, it was better for the client that she bring on individual contributors (the group) to address specialized needs. Each specialist zones in on a particular website need.
She also has experience with web design agencies and has found that putting together a fresh group of contractors instead of full time employees is also better for the client. Each contractor affords the most bang for the buck.
